Only use half of the bag for a month's supply of Sea Moss gel. This Sea Moss doubles in size. It can produce up to 10 + jars of Sea Moss gel.

Wild Crafted Sea Moss sources from the Caribbean islands, must be rinsed before and after soaking.

1. Rise off in water to remove any excess sea salt. 5-10 minutes
2. Soak in spring or alkaline water. 8hrs-24hrs
3. Once the Sea Moss has soaked for at least 8hrs drain and rinse. 5-10 minutes
4. Blend Sea Moss with spring or alkaline water until the consistency is smooth and refrigerate to form gel.
