Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable, herbal, wellness, or personal care products once they have been opened, used, or picked up. This includes teas, sea moss, herbs, supplements, and body care items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Orders placed for local pickup are considered complete once the order has been picked up. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after pickup.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or failure to pick up local orders within the designated pickup window.
