After years of navigating my own health challenges through conventional medicine, I turned to the plants. What I found changed everything, not just my body, but my relationship with myself, my community, and the earth.

Why I Built Empress Energy

Empress Energy was born from a simple but powerful belief: that nature already has everything we need to heal, thrive, and glow. Every product I create, from our sea moss gel to our handcrafted herbal blends and skincare, is made with intention, sourced with integrity, and formulated to actually work.

I didn't want to sell supplements. I wanted to create a lifestyle rooted in clean living, ancient wisdom, and unapologetic self-care.
