HOW TO PREPARE SEA MOSS GEL
1. CLEAN: Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove sand, salt and natural ocean particles. Drain and repeat until the water runs clear.
2. SOAK: Cover the cleaned sea moss with clean water and soak until softened and expanded.
3. BLEND: Drain, add fresh water gradually and blend until smooth and your preferred gel consistency is reached.
4. STORE: Transfer into clean food-safe containers, refrigerate promptly and follow proper food-safety and labeling practices for products you sell.
